If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase from Rioz, starting a return or exchange is easy. Here's how:
- Visit riozstore.com/returns.
- Click on “Start a Return or Exchange”.
- Enter your order number and the email address used at checkout.
- Select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Choose your reason and preferred resolution (refund or exchange).
- Submit your request and follow the instructions provided.
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a shipping label/further steps via email.
To be eligible:
- Item must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging.
- Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Some final sale or personalized items may not be eligible.

We want you to love your purchase. If something’s not right:
Return/Exchange Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.
Item Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and have the product tag attached.
Eligible Products: Applies to bags and footwear. Personalised or final sale items may not be eligible.
Process: Visit our Returns & Exchanges page to start the process.
Fees: A fee of Rs. 200 on exchanges and Rs. 300 on returns is applicable.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

The return process is typically completed in 5–10 business days.
- Submit Request: Same day to 1 business day for confirmation.
- Ship the Item: Once you receive the label, ship the item within 3 days.
- Receive & Inspect: Our warehouse processes returns within 3–5 days of receipt.
- Refund/Exchange Issued: Usually processed within 2 business days after inspection.

After your return is approved and inspected:
- Refunds are issued within 2 business days.
- You’ll receive the refund through your original payment method.
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect.
If you haven't seen your refund after 10 business days, contact customer support.
Yes! Exchanges are free and easy:
- Select "Exchange" during the return process.
- Choose the new size or style (if available).
- We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return or immediately, depending on the option chosen.
Inventory may be limited, so act quickly if you see your preferred item!

Yes! After your return request is approved:
- You'll receive a return shipping label.
- A tracking number will be provided via email/WhatsApp.
- You can track the progress of your return directly from your Rioz account or email link.
For exchanges, we’ll also send a tracking number for the replacement once it ships.
Don’t worry! You can still retrieve your order info:
- Check your confirmation email (search "Rioz" in your inbox).
- Log into your Rioz account to view order history.
- Contact our support team with your full name and email used at checkout.
