We strive to maintain accurate stock information on our website. However, in rare instances, inventory discrepancies may occur, preventing us from fulfilling your complete order. In such cases, we will ship the available items and contact you regarding the missing products. You can choose to wait for the items to be restocked or request a refund for the unavailable products.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated during the checkout process based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery destination of your order. These charges will be displayed before payment and added to the final purchase amount.
3. Returns
3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
We gladly accept returns for items purchased due to a change of mind under the following conditions:
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Items must be in unused, unworn condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
Refunds will be processed to your bank account via digital payment once the returned product is inspected and approved. We will notify you via email upon completing the refund process.
Note: Shipping charges incurred during the original order will not be refunded.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Transit Time
Delivery typically takes 2 to 10 business days for domestic shipments.
4.2 Dispatch Time
Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of payment confirmation. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays, which may cause minor delays.
4.3 Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address, please contact us before your order is dispatched.
4.4 P.O. Box Deliveries
We deliver to P.O. Box addresses via postal services only. Courier services are not available for these addresses.
4.5 Military Address Shipping
Orders to military addresses will be shipped via USPS. Courier services are unavailable for these locations.
4.6 Items Out of Stock
In case an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the unavailable item and proceed with shipping the rest of your order.
4.7 Delivery Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the delay.
5. Tracking Notifications
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. This link allows you to monitor your shipment’s status, as updated by the shipping provider.
6. Damaged Parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery and notify our customer service team promptly. If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us immediately for further assistance.
7. Duties & Taxes

8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled any time before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, our refund policy will apply.
