Rioz Store Return & Exchange Policy

At Rioz Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.

Inspection of Orders

Customers must inspect their order immediately upon delivery. Any defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported to us without delay for prompt resolution.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Items purchased during seasonal sales (Summer/Winter/Autumn/Spring)
  • Clearance and festive sale items
  • Products bought during promotional sales
  • Footwear items priced below ₹999

Return & Exchange Eligibility and Time Frame

Returns and exchanges are processed within 7 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

Returns are applicable only for:

  • Damaged products received
  • Wrong product delivered

Exchanges are available for:

  • Size issues in footwear (exchange only – no returns for size issues)
  • Damaged products received
  • Wrong product delivered

Processing Fees

All approved returns are subject to a processing fee of ₹200 per article, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

All exchanges are subject to a processing fee of ₹200 per article.

For kids' merchandise, a fee of Rs. 100 is applicable for both returns and exchanges.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags must be intact
  • Products must be in original packaging
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase required

Refund Methods

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued exclusively as store credits or gift cards.

Prepaid Orders: Refunds may be processed as store credits or returned to the original payment method.

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Visit www.riozstore.com and access the Returns & Exchanges section
  2. Contact us via WhatsApp or call +91-7466808808 for assistance
  3. Upon approval, pickup will be arranged from your delivery address
  4. Our logistics partner will inspect the returned item
  5. Final approval or rejection will be based on inspection report

Processing Timeline

  • Customers will be notified via email once the return/exchange is received and assessed
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Approved exchanges will be dispatched within 5-7 business days
  • Additional processing time may be required by banks or payment providers
  • Gift card refunds will be sent via email
